This is a great time management tool. Many teachers nowadays have reward systems that reward students for doing various tasks inside the classroom. This is also a way to foster better organizational skills for children and it seems almost every school system uses this and has had great success with it. The key is getting better organizational skills for children no matter how you do it. Better organizational skills mean a more productive and happy student.
Contrary to what many people believe students want to succeed. The ones who aren't succeeding are just not getting the proper tools to needed to succeed. Every child has it in her or him, but without organizational tools we put them in a real bind. Getting organizational skills for a child is something as parents, teachers, and school systems we must strive for. Children are the future and they need to be armed with the best organizational tools possible to get the job done. If we do that then we know they have a chance to be real successful.
